Autoweek me la da come rivale di Rav-4 e CR-V e Santa Fe .. molto piu che probabile che sia la nuova X-Trail... è un po troppo pensata per gli states.. e come hai detto tu, etr, è una mega Qashqai..

Nissan Rogue Crossover to Debut at Detroit – Will it be based on the Qashqai?

"Rogue, a New Crossover Vehicle from Nissan, Coming Early 2007 -Draw your own conclusions... Rogue will make its global debut at the 2007 North American International Auto Show in Detroit on January 7, 2007"

That misty press release plus a ripped off picture is all we got from Nissan. But, judging from what a Nissan spokesman told me during the Press Presentation of the Nissan Qashqai a month ago in Paris (two weeks before the Parsi Cars Show), that I attended, the Rogue Crossover could very well be Nissan's US version of the Qashqai. Read bellow what we wrote:

Carscoop September 7th: "So does that mean that the Qashqai won't see the US shores? Well according to a top Nissan official I spoke to, if you're asking whether the Qashqai will be imported to the US from Britain, the answer is no. But, if the question is, will Nissan's USA line-up see a Qashqai based model, then the answer is "watch the space, you might see something very interesting in the near future".

Given the fact that the Qashqai is based on the Renault Megane II derived, Versa platform, then the Dodge Caliber may very well find a worthy emulator sooner than it thinks."

Per me è un'auto di una tristezza infinita...

Sembrava cosi bella qua..

Il posteriore non è male, con delle superfici molto furbe.

Il frontale invece è del tutto insapore.

Bè qualche photoshoppista potrebbe lancizzarlo......

Cmq da nissan mi aspetto molto molto di più vedendo i suoi prototipi o anche solo suv-crossever di qualche anno fa come murano o infiniti, ok questioni di costi ma qui non hanno saputo trasmettere la stessa personalità come quasquai non si può certo definire brutto ma nemmeno meglio di una hyundai.

Come design come vedo che tutto il gruppo renault ha perso di coraggio...
