France-based PSA Peugeot Citroen is to recall around 240,000 of its 307

hatchbacks built between 2003 and 2006 due to insufficient sealing of the antilock brakes and electronic stability

control. The worldwide recall is planned to start from Germany in mid-September, where the company has to

check 80,000 vehicles. Peugeot has said close to 60% of the two million cars sold have been affected.
