Conferma del fatto che l'elettrico è ancora un lusso per pochi.

 

Giusto quindi iniziare da Maserati e poi scendere sulle Alfa, se si vuole fare l'elettrico senza rimetterci.

 

Per le fasce intermedie ci sarà l'ibrido e per le fasce barbon il gas

Durante la conference call, Magione non lo ha detto esplicitamente, ma ha fatto abbastanza chiaramente intendere che la prossima Alfa sarà la E-SUV.

Ha detto anche che sono pienamente in corsa per le 170k Alfa entro fine anno. Per il momento sono molto soddisfatti dei risultati raggiunti col rilancio del Biscione.

Esatto. Infatti sono convinto che non vedremo in strada frankestein dell'E-SUV, perché se dovesse avere il passo più lungo della Stelvio possono tranquillamente nasconderli sotto la carrozzeria diella Levante.

 

Appena gli stampi saranno pronti vedremo circolare i primi prototipi con la forma definitiva, anche se pesantemente camuffati.

Secondo me la E-Suv sara solo una versione Stelvio extended Wheelbase, non hanno in programma altri motori, V6 Diesel per Us o Cina non e interessante, V6 Benzina normale non hanno in programma ad Alfa, cosi restano i stessi 2L superpompato coma a Stelvio anche per la E-Suv. Stelvio + 20 cm lunghezze, altri paraurti, forse fanali un po diverso - basta (simile come Ghibli-QP a Maserati)

And also where we are in terms of Levante? I think you mentioned that you're launching it in all markets. Where are we now in terms of utilization and capacity? Thank you.

In terms of Alfa Romeo, we shipped just over 12,000 units in the first quarter worldwide and 22,000 in the second. And obviously we're still in the process of launching Stelvio, so a large part of those units were Giulia (01:16:54) production.

I'll give you my read of those numbers. I think Stelvio has just started launching. We started showing it to the markets here in the U.S. We're beginning to get some units on the ground now. Reception is quite good, as well as one could expect, they're probably in line with the reception that Giulia received when it was launched. It is because of the fact that the ambitions and the commitments that were made to the architectures were totally different than they were from Maserati. We're not seeing the same type of economic benefit from the launch of these two vehicles than we did from the launch of the Quattroporte and the Ghibli.

These are much larger investments that were much wider in scope in terms of technology, the engines that were launched and associated with these products. So I think it's going to take the remainder of the product line-up fill out, which will take until 2019 or 2020 initially to try and get the full benefit of Alfa onto the table. It will include one EUV, one larger EUV on top of the Stelvio, which ultimately will share something with the U (01:18:13) families of that size. So there's more work to be done. But the reaction has been superb and the brand is performing incredibly well across the markets. I mean the recognition and familiarity is quite high.

So I understand there was a figure mentioned around the first quarter of about 170,000 units of Alfa Romeo targeted for this year with a run rate of close to 200,000 units by the end of the year, which brings close to profitability or brings to breakeven. Are we on track on that?

Yes. For the whole Alfa range, right? That includes MiTo, Giulietta, Giulia and the Stelvio and a few 4Cs, which you will on the rounding.

Si era sempre detto che l'E-SUV sarebbe stato assemblato a Mirafiori, nell'articolo si parla genericamente di SUV.

 

Potrebbe invece essere il C-SUV, 1000 operai in più lo giustificherebbero ampiamente, dato l'enorme successo che ci si aspetta per un modello che Alfa fa attendere dal 2003, anno di presentazione del concept Kamal.

 

Rimane da capire se un C-SUV prodotto a Cassino potrà interrompere la produzione dell'attuale Giulietta e cosa verrà prodotto a Pomigliano oltre alla Panda, che dal 2020 tornerà ad essere prodotta in Polonia.

 

Con l'arrivo dell'E-SUV a Mirafiori al posto della Mito e del C-SUV a Pomigliano al posto della Giulietta, nel giro di un anno potrebbe avverarsi la promessa di Alfa a sola trazione posteriore.
