    Keep in mind that this exact engines are for longitudinal application. It will most likely debut on A4 facelift. AFAIK for longitudinal application there was never a 1.6 TDI. So nothing new. I believe that for transverse applications including Golf they'll keep 1.6 TDI.

    24 months ago Alfa Romeo showed there a technical details for 2.2 all aluminium diesel with 210 HP. So most likely they gave a lot of technical details for new GSE turbo engines. I'm living in hope that some will post video on YouTube just as someone did it for 2.2 diesel presentation.

    Matt Watson is a jerk on Audi's payroll. On American market there are official numbers for leg room space. Guess who is best from Alfa, Audi, BMW and Mercedes quartet? Of-course Giulia offers most leg room, BMW is second.

    I presume that 7.0 liter or legendary 426 HEMI will replace 6.4 liter / 392 HEMI in the line-up. 6.2 SC Hellcat is something completely different. 2020 is also a 50th anniversary of 1st ever Dodge Challenger. And guess what? They are planing to offer 426 HEMI in that model. Why? 426 CI (7 liter) HEMI was top of the line engine in 1970. For pick-up plan is to push 520 HP and 710 Nm of torque from 7 liter HEMI.

    Measured capacity for Stelvio is much lower than 525 liters. It's in the region of 420 liters. For competitive C segment FWD is a only choice or in other case you are committing intentional suicide.

    And if they are making Giulia Coupe they are late. That car should be here in 2017 at the latest. So Giulia Coupe does not make any sense in 2019 or later. Unless they are idiots including Marchionne.

    FCA is not the same company as Ferrari. For investors they are competitors. And surely for E segment they would need something with at least 600 ponies. So that engine could be used for Speciality model. The one which is in the plans. Lets call it 6C although I don't believe in such name especially if it will start with 2.0 turbo engine. I'm actually thinking that it will be 2 seater and not 2+2. Something in Jag F-Type and Porsche Boxster price range. And we know that Jag added 2.0 turbo Ingenium with 300 HP to F-Type line up.

    Lets say that Autocar has right and that base engine is 2.0 350 HP MHEV and top of the line is 2.9 V6 650 HP MHEV. In any case it's not a Giulia Coupe. It's something else with much higher price point.
