STELLANTIS - 1.6 EP6 Gen3 EVT Full Hybrid
So... Stellantis used Toyota owned suppliers to develop this. I knew this for some time. Maybe it's even identical to Toyota solutions. I don't know that. What's wrong. European brand fans do not like scooter like effect. And yes. Tavares choose EP6. He killed 2.0 Miller development. From what I've heard Carlos was all for BEV development for American and Italian R&D. Internal combustion engine development was reserved for ex Peugeot. I'm not sure if we can call this a Miller cycle engine. Still compression ratio is somewhat too low.

Scelte strategiche Groupe Renault
Hmh... First of a lot depends on ICE ban in Europe. Things CAC change. But speaking about models you've mentioned. I could see 3 of them being kept in the lineup if not 4. Just 2? Surely not.

I hope not. Gattuso's qualities and knowledge as footbal coach is very limited.- Fiat -> FCA -> Stellantis - Filosofia su una holding multinazionale
But PSA way of doing thing and using their tech brought nothing good. If I'm not mistakes STLA fall of from almost 25% of combined market share at one moment to mere 16%. How is that good? I repeat. PSA was they one which according to some knows how to fix things and how to make cars in Europe. At the time I disagreed. Unfortunately I have right.- Fiat -> FCA -> Stellantis - Filosofia su una holding multinazionale
Disagree. On engine side FCA has nothing to be shy about. The same about many electrification projects. Car platforms may be different but IMO ex PSA did nothing to further develop their platforms to suit FCA brands. Not to mention poor product planing. I'm stil wondering why is Peugeot 2008 out of all (6 in total) STLA B segments SUVs is the only one on the long wheelbase version of CMP platform. CMP platform offers poor packaging and making car on short wheelbase version makes them uncompetitive.- Il futuro dei siti produttivi Stellantis

According to this site it's both GDI and MPI: https://www.auto-data.net/en/dacia-bigster-1.2-eco-g-140hp-lpg-53508 But also form what I remember from YouTube videos during Bigster's unveil many journalists said that's it's dual injection which only makes sense. Clio LPG should have 120 HP.- Renault Clio VI 2026 (Spy)

They need bigger and more powerful P2 MHEV or HEV, with better transmission than Punch. And of course they would need a diesel. I don't know if this platform can have a 4x4, classic 4x4. It's essential for American market.- 552 risposte

So basically... Car will grow in size on the outside but no on the inside... Engine choice will be poor with BEV first approach. It will be (prohibitively) expensive. What could go wrong with sales? Ehm.- 552 risposte

@diciottocavalli From what I understood EB2 indeed was chosen in Europe because of thinking that internal combustion engines would be soon death in Europe. If I got it right even internal analysis has shown that GSE would be a better choice in the long term. But... Speaking of diesel. 2.2 diesel for all car models is preferable, of course at various power levels and it's desirable to have it as aluminium engine block for passenger cars.
