  1. It is very possible that the next 500 will have a 5door/Giardiniera version. But don't expect it before 2030. Also, a Lancia Y10 based on that model would be very logical, now that Lancia is back under the FIAT umbrella
  2. https://autoappassionati.it/notizie/jeep-svela-i-suoi-piani-fino-al-2030-arriva-lerede-di-renegade https://www.autocar.co.uk/car-news/new-cars/jeep-launch-chinese-4x4-flagship-and-two-small-suvs-europe There seems to be a disagreement, regarding if both B-SUVs will be based on STLA One, or only one of them. Personally, I wouldn't be surprised if the New Renegade is based on Smartcar. More images from the presentation.
  3. According to derek, the rear wing of the final model will be smaller and more similar to the SF90 XX rear wing
  4. This is the final MM mule, without the weird rear wing/ducktail. Production will be 1000-1500 units, according to derek. 4 days left for the reveal!
  5. given it is not named New Avenger, and it appears in the presentation together with Avenger, I dont think so
  6. According to L'Argus, the O3U will be named Antara https://www.largus.fr/actualite-automobile/scoop-opel-antara-2028-a-quoi-ressemblera-le-suv-electrique-a-plate-forme-leapmotor-2212454.html
  7. but the next Giulia Q (if it materialises) will have the Nettuno, right?

  9. An unnamed executive was more specific: https://www.motor1.com/news/799063/maserati-confirms-new-sedan/ Now regarding the hybrid Nettuno: https://www.autoevolution.com/news/maserati-s-nettuno-v6-engine-is-here-to-stay-will-get-hybrid-version-271682.html Regarding the manual, Autocar reported last year it's gonna be a limited production coupe with the Nettuno engine, based on the GT. It will be twinned with the Montreal
  10. In my opinion (and my hope), we won't see a D-seg Alfa or a Maserati based on a chinese platform. The word "collaboration" doesnt necessarily mean "platform"

  13. No. The new Stelvio will stay in the D-SUV segment. It's just that the D-SUV segment has now grown to about 4,80m. Alfa Romeo will not make a X5 rival. The new Tonale will be about 4,6m long, which means about 7cm longer than the current one. It will be barely noticeable, don't make a big deal out of it, it won't replace the Stelvio in anything (power, quality, handling, pricing, etc) No, it will be a classic hatch. It won't replace the Tonale, not every new model has to replace a current one 😅 Call it Nuova Giulietta, even Alfa might call it so
  14. In my opinion, this article paints a good picture about the current situation of Giulia, Stelvio and Maserati. I found it randomly about a month ago, and it was written 3 months ago. https://www.alessioporcu.it/politica/stellantis-nel-tunnel-linee-pronte-giulia-e-stelvio-cancellate-2-anni-di-deserto-per-cassino/ Unfortunately, I can't copy parts of it, neither take a screenshot. There is an interview of the CEO of Teknoprogetti, who says that he has no orders for new parts regarding new models in Cassino. He says that the new leadership abruptly stopped the launch of New Stelvio when everything was ready, and at the beginning tried to put a hybrid engine under the bonnet. But for some reason after a while that project was cancelled. Then for a period of time, there were plans for new models based on Giorgio, but he says that now this is scrapped as well. So, basically for the moment there are no plans
  15. Cappellano is talking about the New Tonale. Manta was scheduled for Melfi, and it was a D-seg car, sister model to the No8. For Pomigliano they assigned 2 compact cars, one Opel and one Alfa, according to rumors. It was also a rumor that they would be 2 crossovers (I did as well) but given that we now know the Alfa compact car will be a hatchback, that one probably wasn't accurate. The Leapmotor-Opel will be an SUV, not a crossover, and has nothing to do with any of the aforementioned models.
  16. Given that the Opel model that was scheduled to be made in Pomigliano has moved to Russelsheim, I think it's case closed. You cant bring a new platform to Pomigliano just for one model. And in any case, theyve kept their promises: Piano Italia didnt promise anything new for Mirafiori, apart from Nuova 500 and for Pomigliano they promised 2 new models. They are coming, but theyll be A-seg cars instead of C-seg, which means that theyll sell in bigger numbers, which is good. As for the Delta, I think it's cancelled. The way I understand the new world order, from now on Lancia will only make variants of existing FIAT models. Given that FIAT doesnt get STLA One, Lancia wont either. Same with DS
  17. I don't think so. Cappellano confirmed that there are no new models planned for Mirafiori (except Nuova 500) and the New Astra is one of the two compact models that were assigned to Pomigliano. Pomigliano will produce only A-seg cars from 2028
  18. My 2 cents: Nuova Giulietta will be made in Russelsheim
