They will be luxurious, made only on order, not in a production line, almost by hand.     For many years, the Alfa Romeo concept cars (and the Fiat, Maserati concepts) have been clear previews of a future production model (even the Visconti, Kamal and Mito GTA would have become production cars, but the plans changed) and not just manifestos like the Renault concepts cars for example. I don't believe that this will change this time. Also, I believe that all Stellantis concepts that will be unveiled in Paris, are previews of future production models (208, 308, Astra, 2CV, Multipla etc)

    If this is true, they could axe the MC20 and rebrand it as a (less expensive) Alfa Romeo sportscar. Or keep it, but make it a true halo sportscar, with 700+ cv and a much more luxurious interior

    I originally posted it in the 296 CS thread, because the man who posted these photos on Insta assumed that this is the 296 CS. But I moved it to this thread because the famous Ferrari photographers, Ilias Abawi and Derek, commented on his post that this is the Challenge Evo. I dont want to disagree with two people with vast knowledge when it comes to Ferrari but, to my eyes, this car looks like a road-legal car. And it seems like they found a way to circumvent the rule that the rear wing should not protrude more than the car: by making the diffuser huge.

    For the MY2028, the Grand Cherokee range will be enriched with the Standard Output 3.0 Hurricane, which produces 420cv in the Grand Wagoneer. The 5.7 Hemi will not return, because Stellantis wants to avoid cannibalisation with the Durango (same thing with the Grand Wagoneer not getting back the 6.4 Hemi in order to not rival the Ramcharger).     Ficili said what bosses say, there's not much into it. About the duality of the models, what'll happen is that the same car (with a few design modifications) will be sold as a Maserati in the Europe and Middle East, and as a Maextro in China. The good news are that the core design has been done by Maserati, which means that it will be Maextro the one that will have to adjust Maserati's design in order to suit its design language (if there is one), and not the other way around. Think of what happened with Hornet and Tonale.

    I think they want to create two ranges (sort of like what Volvo or Lotus has done): on the one hand, they'll keep the current range (Grecale, GT/GC, MCPura), which will be heavily redisigned in 2027/8 so that the external design becomes significantly sportier (a new interior design as well, perhaps more powerful versions for the MCPura and the GT/GC). I guess the Folgore versions will be dropped. On the other hand, launch those two BEV/EREV cars, which will be assembled to some degree in Cassino (hopefully there will be some mechanical modifications, so that the driving experience resembles even slightly a Maserati - and the interior will not be only screens)
