PEr dirne una....un mio amico ha comprato casa 2 anni fa senza accendere un mutuo; fra la vendita della vecchia casa e qualche centinaia di Migliaia di Euro da parte .....fatto. Nemmeno 3 mesi dopo sono andati a fargli le pulci pure nel frigo dell'azienda!

Fondamentalmente è cosi. Diversi anni fa, mio Babbo soccorse suo fratello che li a Torino aveva rilevato la quota del socio della società comune ( e fondamentalmente non ne capiva un cazzo)....e non ti dico che razza di Quadernetti gli trovò nello sgabuzzino. Roba che prima si incazzò come una pantera per la cosa in se ( da bravo amministratore di una Multi Tedesca), dopo che ebbe finito, si incazzò peggio come un giaguaro per l'imbecillità di tenere pure PROVE SCRITTE e DOCUMENTATE di tutto l'ambaradan.

Volkswagen is recommending that mineral oil be used in dual-clutch gearboxes on 1.6 million cars and vans in place of synthetic oil, Michael Franke, a spokesman at the company, said today. Another 800,000 Tiguan compact SUVs may have lighting defects and 239,000 Amarok pickups should be checked for fuel leaks, the automaker added today in two statements. The recalls this month by Volkswagen as well as Chrysler Group, Toyota Motor Corp. and Mitsubishi Motors Corp. highlight the drawbacks of adding increasingly sophisticated technology to new models. Nissan Motor Co. hired the senior auto reviewer for Consumer Reports magazine in the U.S. as its executive adviser on vehicle quality last year, citing the need to "keep pace with" product complexity. "This isn't a VW-specific problem, it's one of the things that happen at mass-market carmakers," Frank Schwope, a Hanover, Germany-based analyst at Nord LB, said. "Costs will probably be in the high double-digit or even triple-digit million euro range. They might be partly shared with suppliers involved, but they still make VW's full-year earnings target more difficult to reach." Gearbox lubricant The lubricant replacement in seven-speed dual-clutch gearboxes is intended to prevent electric malfunctions. The Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda and Seat brand vehicles are targeted by the program, Franke said. A Chinese regulator said today that 640,309 cars in that country are affected. VW recalled 384,181 vehicles in China in March after state television featured complaints about vibrations, loss of power and sudden acceleration in models including the Golf, its best-selling car worldwide. That repair program, also involving dual-clutch gearbox flaws, prompted a public apology by Jochem Heizmann, chief of the carmaker's Chinese business, at the Shanghai auto show in April. The repair and replacement programs announced by Volkswagen today compare with recalls of 10 million vehicles by Toyota in 2009 and 2010 for possible flaws related to unintended acceleration, including sticky accelerator pedals and floor mats that could shift out of position. Toyota program Toyota said on Nov. 6 that it's recalling 4,000 Tacoma 4-cylinder pickups in the United States to fix engine valve springs. It's also recalling 1,180 vehicles in China for a similar problem, that country's regulator said. Chrysler said on Nov. 8 that it's recalling about 1.2 million Ram trucks to fix a steering-system part. This in turn causes individual light functions to fail. However, the vehicle's electric circuitry ensures that some lights remain on all around the vehicle. The driver is immediately informed of this on the instrument cluster. Replacing the fuse with one with a tougher surface coating only takes a few minutes. Approximately 800,000 vehicles, which includes 147.000 vehicles in the German market, built between the beginning of 2008 and the middle of 2011, are affected by this global campaign. The relevant vehicle owners will be informed by Volkswagen accordingly. Within the framework of further quality monitoring in China and Southeast Asia, it has been discovered that, with vehicles with a 7-speed dual-clutch gearbox (DQ200), electric malfunctions could occur in the gearbox power supply if synthetic gearbox oil is used. Abbiamo avuto in famiglia l'originale, prima versione di cui siam stati sommamente contenti ( consumi a parte) per cui...non sono mai stato un FAN della KA/500.....ma vedendo questo "Concept".....potrei ricredermi

Lorenzo ci ha provato in tutti i modi a buttarla in bagarre, ma alla fine ha capito che tanto valeva togliersi la soddisfazione di vincere l'ultima gara...... Quel che mi lascia amaramente basito é constatare come VR, nonostante all'inizio abbiano girato artatamente piano, non sia mai riuscito nemmeno ad avvicinarsi ai primi tre.....per poi concludere comunque a oltre 10 secondi.....e meno male che avrebbe "dovuto" ( per chi crede alle favole) cercare di aiutare Lorenzo.

A tal proposito, giustappunto, la domanda ( pur preceduta da un commosso commiato ad onore di tutti gli anni vincenti passati) se Marquez potesse essere il nuovo Valentino, fatta da Paolone Beltramo a Burgess..... L'ho trovata un filino indelicata......

Resta il fatto che il gap tecnico in Ducati era una valida scusante, confermata dalla situazione attuale, ma per certi versi proprio la cassatura di Burgess mi legittima a pensare che lo scambio di informazioni team/capotecnico/pilota sia stata fallimentare prima......come lo é adesso. Il fatto che sia stato regolarmente e pesantemente dietro a Lorenzo per tutta la stagione (ma soprattutto per le grosse oggettive difficoltá a venirne fuori dalle libere del venerdi con rarissime eccezioni) porta a due conclusioni, la prima....che il tuo tempo come pilota "che si gioca il titolo" é semplicemente finito per x motivi, etá, appagamento, paura....etc..etc; la seconda che il problema NON dipende da te.....ergo, visto che pensare come da punto 1 non porta a nulla, spostare ( magari legittimamente, lo vedremo in seguito) il focus del problema sull'unica altra alternativa possibile....ovvero lo staff tecnico. Personalmente lo comprendo, ammettere o semplicemente considerare l'alternativa equivarrebbe ad una botta psicologica molto seria, ma non dimentichiamoci che VR o chi per Lui, ha sempre affermato di avere quel QUID in piú degli altri che faceva la differenza..... Probabilmente oggi assumiamo che era molto marketing. Ad ogni buon conto speriamo sia Burgess il problema, lo dico seriamente......

OT ( scusate) A proposito di precipitazioni....... un mio amico di Parma mi ha appena mandato una sua foto di ieri mattina in cui, causa lavora da fare nella casa in Sardegna, fa il bagno nel mare.......

Dopo Preziosi in Ducati, Burgess in Yamaha... Valentino vuole assolutamente vincere e battezza ancora una volta che il problema sia tecnico ......Mi auguro per Lui sia effettivamente cosi. Che Burgess potesse essere poco incline all'elettronica ci può anche stare...ma no npenso fosse Lui a decidere quali parametri utilizzare in questo senso. Speriamo. Io mi auguro
